Today more and more people are realizing that going meatless, even once or twice a week, can have real health benefits, including weight loss and reduced risk for heart disease. Whether you are a vegetarian or just looking to increase your meat-free meals for a healthier you, our Cafeteria is here for you.

The Antillean Adventist Hospital, in keeping with its healthy lifestyle philosophy, serves vegetarian meals. This is not only meant for our patients.  Our cafeteria offers vergetarian meals to the community on week days and you are welcome to come by and begin your jouney to a healthier you. Below please find our weekly menu which is posted weekly . 
 
Our Cafeteria also provides catering services.  To place your order, please complete the form below. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your order. Online orders are accepted from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Breakfast Menu
September 23 - September 27, 2019 7:00 - 9:30 am daily

 

Homemade bread served with:
  • Plain or Vegetable Omelet
  • Vegetarian Tuna or Sausage Salad
  • Egg Salad
  • Boiled eggs
  • Vegetarian Burger Pattie 
  • Sliced Vegetarian Turkey/ Corn beef/ Wham/ Chicken or Dinner roast 
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Avocado
  • Wraps served with:  
  • Hummus (vegan)
  • Scrambled Tofu or any other breakfast protein available

 

Johnny cake served with:

All Breakfast Sandwiches and wraps are served with freshly cut lettuce, sliced red onions, red tomatoes, cucumber circles and alfalfa sprouts
